The Opportunity
Our client is a leading Australian company in the agribusiness sector. With a diversified product offering and operations spanning the country, the business operates in a dynamic and operationally focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available or able to commence at short notice. In this hands-on role, you will support a dynamic finance function across core financial accounting and broader transformation initiatives, providing an excellent platform for a finance professional looking to broaden their impact.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial Controller, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Financial accounting including month-end close, review of monthly reporting and management reporting packs.
• External reporting such as tax compliance and assisting with the annual audit.
• Supporting transformation across finance and the broader business. 
• Providing finance input into testing, implementation and project decisions.
• Supporting the development of models, templates, and reporting tools.

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• You are CA/CPA qualified with circa 5-8 years’ experience in financial accounting, management accounting or a similar role.
• Experience with finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement would be favourable. 
• A demonstrated ability to build and maintain rapport with employees, stakeholders and business partners. 
• Experience using ERP systems and reporting tools.
