We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Services Senior Field Supervisor to lead field crews across a range of impactful outdoor projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys leading teams and takes pride in delivering high-quality environmental and land management outcomes.

As a Landscape Services Senior Field Supervisor, you will oversee field operations across environmental, landscape and land management projects while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance are maintained at all times.

Reporting to Project Management teams and working closely with clients, landowners, and stakeholders, you will coordinate crews, supervise on-site activities and contribute to sustainable project delivery across metropolitan, regional and remote NSW locations.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about landscape services, environmental stewardship and team leadership.

• Supervise and coordinate field crews across multiple project sites

• Deliver environmental and landscape works safely and efficiently

• Assist clients and landowners in maintaining environmental and landscape compliance

• Promote strong team culture, communication and forward planning

• Conduct and oversee:

  • Bush regeneration works

  • General land management

  • Site maintenance and restoration activities

  • Soft civil and outdoor infrastructure support tasks

• Operate and oversee safe use of machinery, tools, and equipment

• Complete site reporting, digital timesheets and safety compliance requirements

• Ensure protection of environmental and built assets from risks including bushfire and flooding

• Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

• Demonstrated experience supervising outdoor services or field-based operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing time-critical projects and remote/regional worksites

• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively

• Sound computer and smartphone application skills

• Current Driver License (LR/MR licenses highly regarded)

• Strong understanding of workplace safety and environmental compliance

• Based in Sydney, Illawarra or surrounding metropolitan areas

• 5+ years’ experience managing outdoor service contracts or landscape operations

• Qualifications in Conservation Land Management, Environmental Science, or related disciplines

• Experience in landscaping, bush regeneration, environmental services, or outdoor labouring

• Experience working with Aboriginal stakeholders and communities highly regarded

• Willingness to travel and work across various NSW project locations
