A long-standing client of MW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join their growing team. THE ROLE:

As part of the bookkeeping division of this reputable accounting practice, you will take a senior role managing a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries.

• Full-function bookkeeping across a portfolio of clients

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts including cashflow and budget reporting

• Financial reporting and forecasting assistance

• Banking, payroll, GST lodgements, BAS preparation, general ledger reconciliations and PAYG reporting

• Building and maintaining strong relationships through direct client engagement

• Collaborating with accountants and ensuring accurate, timely processing of client records

THE INDIVIDUAL:

• Proven experience at a senior level managing a multi-client workload within a public practice environment

• Advanced proficiency in Xero

• Confident, professional communication skills with a strong focus on client service

• Business-minded approach with a keen eye for identifying ways to support client success

• High attention to detail paired with strong organisational and time management skills
