The role of Senior Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with clients in their assigned portfolio. The Senior Account Manager together with the Team Leader are responsible for ensuring the operations team deliver accurate and timely deliverables for Aretex’s clients. The Senior Account Manager together with the Team Leader is involved in onboarding new clients, nurturing client relationship and satisfaction to retain new and existing clients. It is expected that the Senior Account Manager will become a strategic partner and advisor to the client and discover new opportunities and best practice to work together for mutual benefit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Revenue:
· Understand the company's offerings thoroughly and identify potential revenue opportunities to increase scope.
Client Onboarding:
· Be fully familiar with the client requirements based on the engagement letter and work with the delivery team to meet those requirements
Key Client Contact:
· Check-in with all client influencers on a regular basis (weekly / monthly)
Client Delivery:
· Ongoing review of process documentation and ensure team understands the client requirements and clarify any expectation
• Serve as the primary initial point of contact for all client inquiries, requests and escalations to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and information
• Manage and collaborate with the client’s internal team
• Help guide the operations team on the delivery of on-time compliance requirements, and train on any technical skills gaps to ensure accurate lodgements
• Ensure clients meet their financial obligations and provide advice regarding compliance, legislative updates, their accounting software etc
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, budgets, policies on behalf of clients and your team
Billing:
• Monitor scope and potential scope creep is managed effectively and billed for on time
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor degree in Account Management or related field;
· At least 2-3 years in similar role;
· Excellent people and strong leadership skills
· Ability to drive client focused outcomes
· Responsive and able to problem solve
· Superior skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Effective time management and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
