About the RoleWe’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager – USC to drive growth across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined region, partnering closely with distributors and key accounts to expand market share and deliver strong commercial outcomes for our USC product range within the Automotive Finishes Division.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll influence, lead, and drive performance through relationships, strategy, and execution.
What Your Day Will Look LikeDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distribution partners and key accounts
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate favourable outcomes aligned to company targets
Identify growth opportunities and work closely with Marketing to expand product offering
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tenders
Track and report sales activity through Salesforce
Drive performance against regional financial targets and KPIs
Travel across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia to support customers and distribution partners
Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or channel management
Experience working with distributors and building strategic partnerships
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
Highly organised with strong planning and administrative capability
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of the automotive refinishing industry (highly regarded)
Willingness to travel regularly within the region
You’ll succeed in this role by consistently achieving and exceeding regional sales and financial targets, while driving growth across key accounts and priority segments. You’ll also strengthen distribution partnerships, expand market presence, and deliver impactful sales initiatives that support sustained commercial success.
