The Role

Toll is seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale SAP solutions across its digital ecosystem. This role sits at the centre of a major transformation program leveraging SAP's latest technologies, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management and Transport Management processes.

You will act as the key technical authority, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectural blueprints. This is a strategic leadership position where you will influence enterprise decisions, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment between business outcomes, system design, and delivery execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end SAP solutions across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Supply Chain/TMS landscapes
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical design documents, and integration specifications
• Provide technical governance and architectural oversight across development and delivery teams
• Conduct feasibility assessments, performance reviews, and risk mitigation activities
• Ensure adherence to SAP standards, enterprise architecture principles, and security policies
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives
• Partner with project managers to align scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Review customisations and integrations to ensure optimisation and avoid duplication
• Mentor and guide technical teams across multiple workstreams and global delivery units

Skills And Experience Required:

• 7+ years SAP experience, including 3-5+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Architect roles
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Supply Chain / Transport Management
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementations or cloud transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of API management, middleware integration, data migration, and system orchestration
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at executive level
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability in complex environments
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global organisations
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency due to role requirements
