We are seeking an experienced SAP FSM Training & Enablement Lead to support a large-scale enterprise system rollout focused on SAP Field Services Management (FSM). This role plays a key part in driving successful user adoption through the design, development, and delivery of engaging end-user training, supported by structured change and enablement activities.
While the primary focus is training and learning content development, the role also contributes to broader change and adoption activities to ensure users are well-prepared and confident in transitioning to the new system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, role-based training aligned to SAP FSM processes and user needs
- Create modern learning content using adult learning principles and microlearning approaches
- Build digital learning assets including eLearning modules, simulations, walkthroughs, and video content
- Use digital adoption tools (e.g. WalkMe or similar) to enhance learning and system uptake
- Translate SAP FSM functionality (scheduling, mobility, workflows) into clear, user-friendly training materials
- Deliver training across multiple user groups and operational roles
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine training content
- Support change and enablement activities including user readiness, communications, and adoption support
- Apply ADKAR or similar change frameworks to support awareness and adoption outcomes
- Continuously improve training and enablement materials based on feedback and system changes
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong instructional design experience in enterprise system or transformation programs
- Proven ability to create engaging digital learning content across multiple formats
- Experience with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe (or similar platforms)
- Understanding of SAP FSM or similar field service / workforce management systems
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, practical training content
- Experience applying ADKAR or structured change frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale system implementations or transformation programs
- Background in training, enablement, instructional design, or change support roles
