🌟 Unique opportunity: pathway to partial or full salon ownership for the right candidate.
About us
Franck Provost is one of the world's most recognised hairdressing brands, born in Paris, built on exceptional craft, and now home to some of Australia's most talented stylists. At our Breakfast Point salon, we've created something that's both aspirational and genuinely human: a team that takes real pride in their work, looks after each other, and delivers a client experience that's hard to find anywhere else.
We believe great hairdressing happens when skilled people feel supported, inspired and valued. That's why we invest in our team's growth, celebrate creativity through our Artistic Awards, and partner with the best in the industry, such as L'Oréal, Kérastase, and GHD, to keep our stylists at the top of their game.
We're also a proud sustainable salon, actively reducing our environmental footprint through responsible product choices and eco-conscious practices, because how we work matters as much as the work itself.
If you want to be part of a world-class brand without losing the warmth of a close-knit team, Breakfast Point is the place.
The role
We're looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Salon Manager to lead our Breakfast Point team. You'll set the standard for the client experience, inspire your team, drive retail and service performance, and help shape the future of the salon, with a genuine opportunity to grow into part- or full-ownership.

What we're looking for
Nationally recognised Hairdressing Certification with a minimum of 5 years' experience
Proven experience in a senior or management role within a salon environment
Strong leadership skills that motivate and bring out the best in your team
Confident across all aspects of hairdressing: consultations, cutting, styling, colouring, bleaching and treatments
Client-focused with excellent time management and punctuality
Commercially minded, you understand retail, service targets and business performance
Open to learning and implementing the Franck Provost concept and systems
Someone who takes genuine pride in their style, their work and their team
