• Preparing quotes and providing to customers
• Liaising with clients and internal departments
• Support sales team and respond to customer queries 
• Ensure rates are maintained correctly
• Updating systems and database
• Provide opportunity to upsell to clients

• Current sales support or operations experience in forwarding +3years
• Ability to work accurately to provide correct information
• Knowledge of sea freight forwarding essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communication with a wide range of stakeholders
