About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team through administration, CRM management, file coordination, reporting, and internal communication.
You will help ensure sales files progress efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining accuracy, visibility, and compliance across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Coordination
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and broader Sales Team
Prepare and coordinate sales meeting agendas and minutes
Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
Maintain internal documentation, templates, and process guides
CRM & Systems Management
Maintain accurate data within HubSpot and Companion
Monitor workflows, tasks, and pipeline progression
Support CRM process improvements and automation initiatives
Assist with maintaining compliance across sales processes
File Management & Allocation
Assist with reviewing and coordinating incoming sales files
Support file allocation across the team to maintain workflow balance
Identify inconsistencies or missing information within files
Maintain visibility across all jobs within the sales pipeline
Communication & Team Support
Liaise with internal departments to support file progression
Ensure effective communication between Sales and Office teams
Assist with coordination of training sessions, meetings, and team initiatives
