About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Energy Power Systems' as a full-time Sales Representative (Retail Power). Based in Mulgrave, VIC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company's retail power solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospect and source new business opportunities within the retail power sector

• Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and requirements

• Develop and present tailored proposals for retail power solutions

• Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

• Collaborate with the broader sales and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role within the energy/utilities industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Strong understanding of the retail power market and customer requirements

• Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering) is preferred
