Your role servicing South Australia & Northern Territory, reports directly to the National Field Sales Manager and requires a self-starter, an understanding of value proposition and a passion to win mentality.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in your territory with a view to expanding Continental’s share of account and overall market share.
Utilize your experience of B2B/B2C sales with existing and new customers in your territory to increase their awareness of Continental’s comprehensive value proposition.
Be fully focused and organized to achieve timely KPI’s (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
Regularly meet key stakeholders (internal & external) to drive positive business outcomes
Foster and support new business growth into new customer channels and markets
Conduct product and program training sessions for customers at multiple levels
Be fully capable to deliver all released training sessions to individual and groups throughout your territory
Involvement in all required meetings, telcos, and conferences
Work with key department and personnel to manage / support key customer events, launches, training sessions, drive days and testing and any other key activities.
Job Requirements
Sales Experience is required
Display computer literacy and ability to produce and analyze reports, data and customer trends to develop and execute sustainable growth plans.
Have a drive to succeed and make the most of opportunities
Have an ability to travel intrastate and interstate - (1 week induction in Melbourne, quarterly travel to NT)
Have a passion to win and deal with people
