AIDA is a dynamic and agile business representing some of the biggest names in global beverage and snack foods. We are expanding our NSW team and seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join us in the Sydney Metro area.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work with established, high-volume brands and play a key part in driving their growth in market. Companies you’ll be working with include

Red Bull, Coca-Cola, Asahi, Lipton, Bundaberg, Remedy, Oak,

and many more.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver on sales objectives and exceed performance goals

• Win new stores and gain SKU distribution/ranging for AIDA beverage and snack suppliers

• Sell fridges into stores, providing a full beverage category solution

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maximise brand visibility through effective merchandising and space management

• Ensure asset compliance and execute impactful point-of-sale placement

• Grow and protect shelf space for leading beverage and snack brands

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales focus with the ability to drive results

• Strong merchandising and presentation skills

• Understanding of asset compliance and POS execution

• Knowledge of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) with a desire to learn and grow further

• Self-motivated, agile, and committed to excellence
