Task & responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage residential/commercial sales teams
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews
- Assist agents with negotiations and complex transactions
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and database channels
- Manage relationships with external contractors (photographers, videographers, designers)
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and local demand
- Contribute to business planning and revenue forecasting
- Represent the agency at networking and industry events
- Maintain compliance with legislation and industry regulations
Qualification & experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales leadership
- Proven track record of high-level sales performance
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing, including digital campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong financial literacy and reporting ability
- Current Real Estate Licence
