Do you actually enjoy winning new business and owning your own desk? Not just “managing accounts”.

A fast‑growing digital media business is looking for a Sales Executive who genuinely enjoys going out and winning new business, working directly with the Founder, and taking full ownership of a warm, underutilised pipeline.

This is a role for someone who wants full autonomy over their desk, real influence, and clear line of sight from effort to earnings.

The opportunity

The company has built strong momentum and a sizeable warm pipeline; the constraint now is time. The Founder is currently tied up doing Sales Executive work instead of opening new doors at a high level.

The Sales Executive will step in to:

  • Own and convert a pool of ~500 warm contacts (indie agencies + direct brands)
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Founder on strategy, key meetings and new ideas
  • Run their desk with autonomy – planning their own weeks, prospecting, and approach
With 75% new business / 25% account management, this role suits someone who wants to be out in market, winning briefs, not just managing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

New business & warm pipeline conversion

  • Activate and nurture ~500 warm contacts in the CRM (monday.com)
  • Convert briefs into proposals and proposals into booked campaigns
End‑to‑end sales ownership
  • Prospect and qualify new indie agency and brand opportunities
  • Build and present DOOH media plans and proposals
  • Prepare contracts, confirm bookings and hand over to delivery partners
Client relationships & growth
  • Build strong relationships with agency planners/buyers and brand marketers
  • Drive repeat and upsell opportunities across existing accounts
Work directly with Founder
  • Collaborate on sales strategy, key pitches and “lunch & learn” style sessions
  • Provide feedback from the market to help shape products and positioning
Candidate profile
  • Experience in media agency sales or publisher sales is essential
  • Comfortable selling media solutions to agencies and/or brands
  • DOOH / OOH experience is an advantage but not required
