About the Role:
The National Group team is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of their sales operations—ensuring seamless processes, smooth communication, and top-tier customer experiences.

You'll play a key role in reducing the team's workload by proactively managing day-to-day responsibilities, supporting with admin and analysis, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Office location can be either in Christchurch or Oamaru, based on candidates preference. 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Tracking sales opportunities and contributing to team strategy sessions.
• Ability to relay accurate measurement and estimation details to the operations team.
• Managing the Sales Team Inbox and assisting with admin and reporting.
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and tailored project documents.
• Coordinating handovers from Sales to Operations and managing client accounts.
• Identifying and driving process improvements.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as an administrator or coordinator.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with CRM or sales systems (advantageous).
• Estimating experience (a bonus, but not essential).
• Sales-savvy mindset with great judgment and initiative.
• A people person with strong stakeholder and customer service skills.
