The Role
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Manage buyer enquiries and provide exceptional service
• Prospect for new clients through calls and database nurturing
• Seek and secure new listings and business opportunities
• Guide clients through the sales process from start to finish
• Assist with settlement tasks including pre-settlement inspections, client gifts and key handovers
• Maintain and manage the buyer database
• Support with general administration
• Work towards personal and team KPIs
