The Harvey Norman Macgregor Bathroom and Tiles team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Consultant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
If you have a passion for home design and enjoy helping customers create their dream bathrooms, this is the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include guiding clients through product selections, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Have a passion for retail
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- Bathroom and Tiles product knowledge is advantageous, however individual personality and skills will be the defining factor for success
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
