Groundbake Cronulla is seeking a friendly and dedicated Shop Front Assistant to join our team. As part of our community-focused bakery, you'll play an essential role in providing a welcoming atmosphere while serving our artisan sourdough, pastries and traditional breads. If you're passionate about connecting with customers and contributing to a local favourite that's cherished by both regulars and new faces, we’d love to have you help us create a positive experience for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations

• Handle cash and card transactions

• Stock shelves and display baked goods

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop front

• Support basic food preparation tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required

• Must have flexible availability & available both weekdays & weekends. Shifts are 6am-12pm or 12pm-6pm (4pm weekends). Would suit uni student - no school students sorry due to shift times.
