The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating domestic and international sales and marketing operations, developing strategic business growth initiatives, managing client and stakeholder relationships, supervising sales and marketing staff, and driving brand development across global markets.

Task & responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate domestic and international sales and marketing teams in promoting ESI’s services to prospective students and professionals globally, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop, implement, and oversee integrated sales and marketing strategies, plans, and policies to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to support ongoing business development
• Supervise lead generation activities, ensuring timely follow-up of enquiries and effective conversion of leads into enrolments or service engagements
• Direct and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives to support organisational objectives
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, preparing reports and implementing strategies to optimise business outcomes
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate client records, sales pipelines, and performance data to support strategic planning and reporting
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new market opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the client journey, supporting client satisfaction and long-term business relationships
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management support to sales and marketing staff.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the international education, migration, or professional services industry
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach
• Strong understanding of international education and migration industry trends and practices will be highly regarded
