Sales and Marketing Managers are required by Ace Education Consultants Pty Ltd, in Perth WA, You will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating all sales and marketing activities within the organisation. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to drive enrolments, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and set performance targets to maximise revenue and customer loyalty

Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s education services to a broad audience

Build and strengthen brand image and brand loyalty through targeted promotional strategies

Direct initiatives that enhance the organisation’s public profile, reputation, and stakeholder relationships

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform strategic decisions

Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance to ensure strong return on investment

Lead, mentor and coordinate sales and marketing team members and external partners

 Skills and experience 

Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field

OR at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role may substitute for formal qualifications

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to analyse data and market trends to guide decision-making

Demonstrated experience in brand development and reputation management

High level of organisation, initiative, and strategic thinking
