Resthaven is seeking a people-focused Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a 6 month parental leave contract. Supporting aged care and community services operations, this role provides practical WHS advice, coaching, compliance support and wellbeing initiatives while working closely with leaders to promote a positive and proactive safety culture.

Join Resthaven’s People & Culture team in a hands-on Safety and Wellbeing Advisor role supporting a positive safety culture across our aged care and community services operations.

Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide practical WHS advice, support workplace investigations, assist with audits and compliance activities, and contribute to health and wellbeing initiatives that support our people.

About You
You will bring:

• Experience in Work Health & Safety, injury management or a related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to coach and support leaders in managing WHS matters
• Experience investigating incidents and identifying practical safety improvements
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work

Certificate IV or tertiary qualifications in WHS (or equivalent experience) will be highly regarded.
