Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Room Leaders to join our growing team across Aintree, Harpley Werribee, Manor Lakes Village and Windermere Mambourin.

With Aintree, Harpley Werribee, Manor Lakes Village and Windermere Mambourin opening over the next two months, this is an exciting opportunity to join Aspire during a significant period of growth and help shape the culture, team, and learning environments from day one. Opportunities are also available at our established Aintree service.

These full-time opportunities are ideal for confident and nurturing early childhood professionals who are passionate about leading high-quality learning environments, mentoring educators, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families.

The Opportunity
As a Room Leader, you will:
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators within your room
  • Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences
  • Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider community
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
  • Mentor and support educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to drive excellence across the service
  • Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • A positive, collaborative and professional approach
