S2 Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Roofer / Solar Installation Assistant on behalf of our client in Brisbane, QLD.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Roofer to assist with the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial projects. This role involves working at heights, installing mounting systems, assisting with solar panel installation, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with solar panel and mounting system installations.

• Perform roofing and roof access duties safely.

• Work at heights on residential and commercial buildings.

• Follow site safety procedures and WHS requirements.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Requirements

✔ Current White Card
✔ Current Working at Heights Certificate
✔ Previous Roofing Experience
✔ Experience working safely at heights
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety
✔ Ability to work as part of a team
✔ Reliable transport and valid driver's licence

Desirable

• Previous solar installation experience

• Construction industry experience
