We are seeking experienced Riggers, Dogman, Boom Lift Operators, and Labourers to support the construction of a High Bay Racking System and perform general labouring duties on one of our major projects in Truganina, Victoria.

Approximate start date: Mid‑July.

Training will be provided in all industry‑related safety procedures and product‑specific installation methods. Applicants must supply their own hard hat and steel‑capped boots.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting plans

• Working effectively in a team under direction of the Site Supervisor

• Maintaining a proactive safety mindset

• Meeting project deadlines and complying with site requirements

• Performing physically demanding tasks

• Assisting with building and installing racking systems (training provided)

• Using hand and power tools with advanced competency

Required Qualifications & Experience

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ rigging/dogman experience

• Minimum 1 year labouring or industry experience

• Experience working up to 35 metres in scissor lifts or boom lifts

• C‑Class Driver’s Licence

• Construction White/Blue Card

• HRWL – Rigger Basic (RB) or higher

• HRWL – EWP (Scissor Lift and/or Boom Lift)

• Work Safely at Heights Certificate
