Our client Threeacres Pty Ltd,  is seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to join our successful and fast-paced quick service fast food  franchise stores operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Australia’s popular quick-service food brands and lead high-performing teams across our Greenacre and Guildford locations as operationally required.

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on manager who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards.

Task & responsibilities

You will responsible for day to day management of our busy store including,

Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, quality products, and efficient operations.

Controlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards.

Monitor daily sales performance and adjust staffing levels accordingly.

Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, ensuring that the store is adequately always stocked.

Train new hires on proper food handling techniques, customer service protocols, and cash register operation

Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and revenue.

Maintain accurate records of employee timecards, payroll, and other administrative tasks.

Oversee the preparation of Burgers salads, sandwiches, desserts, and other menu items.

Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring that all ingredients are properly stored and handled according tohealth regulations.

Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities, reporting any problems or concerns to management.

Qualification & experience

  • Previous retail management experience(at least one year) in food store 
  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food industry regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule
  • A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects
  • A high level of food safety awareness
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
  • Full time work rights in Australia
