Task & responsibilities

• Plan and manage product assortment, inventory levels, and service standards to optimize store performance
• Develop and execute purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions
• Drive sales through effective promotion and advertising of products and services
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend products, and support informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions
• Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost control and profitability
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and company policies

Qualification & experience

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
