- Determine product range, inventory levels, and customer service standards in line with business objectives and market demand.
- Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Promote and market the business’s products and services through appropriate advertising and customer engagement activities.
- Provide sales assistance to customers, including advice regarding product features, suitability, and usage.
- Maintain accurate records relating to inventory, stock movement, sales performance, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and support financial performance targets.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, training, rostering, and supervision of staff members.
- Ensure the workplace complies with all applicable Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, policies, and procedures.

Qualification & experience
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in pharmacy, retail management, multi-site operations, or business development.
- Previous experience leading teams across multiple locations in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a broader leadership team.
- Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development.
- Adaptability and resilience within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
