Task & responsibilities

• Assessing and managing product range selections, inventory levels, and customer service standards 
• Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing structures 
• Coordinating promotional and advertising activities for the business’s products and services 
• Assisting customers with the sale of goods and services and providing advice on product usage and suitability 
• Maintaining accurate records relating to inventory, sales, and financial transactions 
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial performance for the business 
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of employees 
• Ensuring workplace compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures

Qualification & experience

• The right to work in Australia 
• Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) degree or diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in relevant roles
• Team management skills
• Strong time management skills
• Positive communication skills, energy and attitude
