Store Manager

We are currently looking for a committed and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations  at Ooshman Modern Lebanese Bakehouse. This full time position requires a proactive and hands-on leader with a strong background in store management. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing store performance, leading and motivating the team, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Task & responsibilities

• Oversee the determination of the product range, monitor stock levels, and ensure service standards are met to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing to optimize product offerings and drive profitability.
• Design and implement promotional and advertising strategies to increase visibility and awareness of the business's products and services.
• Lead sales efforts by offering products to customers, providing expert advice on usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels, financial transactions, and other critical operational data for effective management.
• Develop and manage the budget for the establishment, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Handle the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of staff, ensuring a well-trained team to support operational needs.
• Ensure the establishment adheres to occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and customers.

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in Store/Retail management or senior leadership roles within retail operations.
• In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and customer service skills
• Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Relevant qualifications  in Retail, Hospitality and Business Management are preferred
