Retail Manager

A hands-on, customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee daily operations at our fish market. The role involves managing stock and pricing, maintaining high service and hygiene standards, supervising and training staff, and ensuring smooth business operations. Strong leadership, fluent English, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are essential. Experience in retail or food service is preferred.

Task & responsibilities

• Adhering to service standards
• Ordering stock and helping set prices of food 
• Purchasing stock and helping with pricing
• Selling goods and products to customer
• Advising customers of product use
• Maintaining stock levels and communicating lapses in inventory
• Controlling product selection, training, supervision of staff in group setting 
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations 
• Ensuring the organisation of the business staff and learning how to smoothly control the establishment
