Task & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly 
• Develop and implement sales strategies 
• Monitor sales performance and generate sales reports 
• Oversee inventory management 
• Monitor and manage the store's budget 
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting 
• Train and supervise retail staff 
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll 
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork 
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualification & experience

• Minimum one years of work experience as a retail manager or in a similar role 
• Holding a diploma qualification in the related discipline or higher
• Maintaining an up-to-date trade knowledge 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
