The Greenhouse in Newstead is our 3rd Brisbane restaurant at rebelo.com.au which has just opened. Our operations team have delivered and opened a flagship venue for Newstead. It's now time to hand this beautiful restaurant onto a genuine hospitality leader.

Minimum 3-4 years of restaurant management experience is required.

You must be a manager that can work, operate and lead with excellence and quality. This is a 200 seat venue delivering a contemporary Australian menu, with an informal casual approach to the dining, wine and engagement.

You will be responsible for…

• Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgets

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• RSA/RCG certification is required.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience

• Advanced or professional level knowledge of European and Australian wines is required.

• Liaise with the Head Chef to plan menus, monitor food quality, and control costs

• Analyse performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making
