SSCBC has an opportunity for a professional Restaurant Manager to stamp their mark on the future direction of the clubs F&B offering.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the efficient running of the restaurant and bar service at SSCBC, with a focus on managing front of house employees and ensuring member satisfaction. In conjunction with the F&B management team, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for developing a positive and professional brand image through consistent member service and a strong understanding of food and beverage service protocol. This role is predominantly service-based with the expectation of a ‘hands-on’ approach.
The Restaurant Manager requires a dynamic individual with a passion for food and beverage, understanding of current trends within the hospitality industry, attention to detail, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach.

You will have at least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
