Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, schedules, and inventory
- Ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulation
Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
