About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering attentive, polished service and taking pride in creating a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service in a busy dining environment
• Greet and assist guests, manage general floor flow and respond quickly to guest needs
• Take accurate orders and process payments using a POS system
• Run food and beverages, monitor tables, clear and reset efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe service area (including stations and pass)
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to keep service moving smoothly
• Support the team during peak periods, weekends and functions
• Follow RSA requirements, venue procedures, and hygiene/food safety standards.

About you

• Hospitality experience (at least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent) experience) as a Waiter/Waitress
• Strong customer service skills and a calm, can-do attitude
• Able to multitask, prioritise and work well as part of a team
• Reliable, well-presented and punctual
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
• RSA.
