A leading Community Club in Sydney's inner west seeks a highly experienced Restaurant Manager for immediate start.

The Role

• Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast paced restaurants and event spaces

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on culturally rich venues delivering memorable hospitality experiences

• Ability to positively build and lead large, high performing teams

• Ability to effectively manage community and stakeholder engagement

• Strong track record in hospitality operations, budget forecasting, rostering and P&L management

• Ability to execute large scale events, delivering bespoke culinary and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximise profitability.

• Extensive Management experience in NSW registered clubs, holding RSA, ARCG, WSET and proven commercial skills.

• Minimum 5+ years of NSW registered club management experience required

• Expertise in compliance and risk management

• Effectively manage supplier partnerships

• Champion of membership growth
