The role
As Residential Aged Care Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of this large, 130-bed facility, leading both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. You will create a positive, accountable culture while ensuring strong operational and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
Driving a resident-centred culture focused on dignity, safety and quality of life
Leading clinical governance, accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives
Overseeing AN-ACC, occupancy, admissions and financial performance
Managing workforce planning, rostering and team development
Ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and quality standards
Leading incident management, risk mitigation and outbreak response when required
Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
Optimising operational performance across hospitality, maintenance and support services

About you
You are an experienced aged care leader who can balance clinical oversight with commercial and operational performance. You are confident leading large teams, driving change and maintaining high standards in a complex environment. You have demonstrated experience managing a facility of a similar size and staffing ratio.

You will bring:
Proven experience in a Residential Aged Care Manager or senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of accreditation, clinical governance and aged care funding (AN-ACC)
Relevant qualifications in Nursing, Health, Business or a related field (RN with AHPRA registration highly regarded)
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and build high-performing teams
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy and workforce planning
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead through change
