This well-established, Allied Health provider is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join their esteemed Return-to-Work team. With a focus on completing a range of Psychological Assessments, you will work closely with your team in assisting your client to re-gain their purpose and identity. Complete Psychological Functional Assessments and Initial Assessments for your Psychological caseload, guiding the path for the recovery journey of your clients.

The role:

• Conduct a range of Psychological Assessments in-line with client requirements. Primarily Psychological Functional Assessments and Initial Psychological Assessments

• Provide recommendations in line with the findings from your assessment to assist in established a recovery plan for your clients

• Work collaboratively with your team help achieve positive outcomes for clients

• Liaise with a range of stakeholders including funding bodies, insurers and more

• Participate in Case Management of your clients

• Management of psychological claims

• Participate in Team Meetings and other collaborative activities

You:

• You will be a tertiary qualified in Psychology with General AHPRA Registration

• Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.

• The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.  

• Experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable

• Good written and administration skills

• Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
