Paediatric & High-Intensity Nursing and Support Roles – Perth Metro

We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, High Intensity Support Workers, and General Support Workers who are reliable, clinically confident, and passionate about paediatric care.

Current Opportunities

Registered Nurse – Day ShiftsπŸ“ Rockingham 8:00am – 4pm

Supporting a male youth client with high medical needs in the home.

Clinical skills required:

  • Catheter care & Continence care

  • Repositioning and pressure care

  • Seizure management

  • Personal cares

High Intensity Nursing Support – PaediatricπŸ“ Kwinana Split Shifts – Tuesdays & Thursdays

β€’ 7:00am – 10:00am

β€’ 2:00pm – 5:30pm

Supporting a non-ambulant paediatric client with complex needs.

Clinical skills required:

  • Enteral feeding

  • Secretion management

  • Seizure management

  • Continence management

  • Manual handling and positioning

Complex Paediatric Nursing – School & Overnight SupportπŸ“ Cottesloe / Fremantle Area

School support – Monday to Friday Overnight shifts – 9:00pm – 7:00am

Supporting a child with highly complex medical needs across school and home settings.

Clinical skills required:

  • Tracheostomy care

  • Enteral feeding

  • Adrenal insufficiency management

We are seeking nurses who are highly motivated, clinically skilled, and enthusiastic about delivering health supports within a school environment.

High Intensity & General Support Workers / Nursing Staff – Rostering Pool

πŸ“ Multiple locations – North & South of the River

Providing in-home and community-based supports to paediatric clients and families across Perth.

These roles support paediatric clients in a purpose-designed, warm and welcoming respite environment, delivering high-quality care, routine, and clinical supports as required.

Positions available for:

  • Registered Nurses

  • High Intensity Support Workers

  • General Support Workers

Essential Requirements (All Roles)

  • Relevant qualifications (AHPRA registration for Registered Nurses)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in High Intensity or General Support roles

  • Demonstrated experience supporting paediatric and/or complex care clients

  • Ability to obtain or currently hold:

    • Working With Children Check (WWCC)

    • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Clear, well-spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate reliability, consistency, and professionalism

  • Current First Aid & CPR

  • Strong clinical judgement, time management, and attention to detail
