The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Marketing & Communications practice, you’ll:

• Build and manage a warm desk of marketing roles across a diverse portfolio of industries.
• Partner with leading organisations, from start-ups to major corporates, helping them find top-tier talent across digital, brand, content, and communication roles.
• Work alongside a highly experienced team that prioritises collaboration, authenticity, and delivery.
• Contribute to national campaigns, employer branding strategies, and key account growth initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) OR a strong marketing background with a passion for people and relationship-building.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
