We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful recruitment team.

 The Role:

In your new role as a Recruitment Consultant at Flexi Staff you will be providing recruitment solutions to meet clients' needs. A large part of this role is relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of new and existing clients. It is a fast paced and hands on role in a friendly and energetic team.

 Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Developing a good understanding of clients and their recruitment needs

• Coordinating end to end recruitment activities

• Providing timely and outstanding service both to clients and candidates

• Effective database management

• Accurate data entry

 Essential Criteria:

• Experience in recruitment, specifically in a labour hire environment

• Knowledge of trades and labour, mining and construction industries

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• A strong sense of urgency and initiative

• Ability to multi-task and self-manage
