As we continue to grow our team, we are seeking a receptionist to maintain high level customer service and support administration including accounts, for the firm.
As the primary point of contact for clients at reception and over the phone, first impressions matter. Greeting clients and directing enquiries professionally and warmly, we consider this one of the most important roles in our firm. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career and build office skills while having more variety and responsibility.
The reception role will include and not limited to:
Greet clients with excellent communication and front desk service
Direct incoming calls, emails and mail and using your strong attention to detail, updating in calendars and our practice management software
Overseeing the presentation of the reception and meeting rooms including ordering of office supplies
Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, VIO, photocopying and data entry
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will assist with event coordination and social office activities
Assist with updates to newsletters and social media, meeting agendas and administrative documentation as required
With a path for career development with our firm, you will be blending your strong customer service skills with a goal to grow your financial skills by:
Providing accounts administration support to the Financial Controller including accounts payable and receivable functions
Maintain financial, ledgers and administrative records under supervision
Be an active participant in continuous improvement initiatives and team activities
