We are actively seeking an enthusiastic fulltime receptionist for our busy Port Macquarie office who would like to become part of our friendly team.
Must have:
at least 1 year experience in reception and customer service role
be presentable and punctual
be able to multi task in a fast-paced, high energy environment
excellent communication skills
attention to detail a must
confident and polite phone manner
Key functions of the Role:
Must be a highly motivated person able to both work in a team environment and the ability to be self sufficient and manage your own workload
administrative duties such as scanning, filing etc.
processing client payments
responding to client enquires both face to face and via telephone
The position commences 1st July 2026 and is a fulltime position, Monday to Friday - 9am- 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, work well under pressure and display a high degree of reliability.
