The Opportunity
You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales agents while working closely with directors to strengthen performance, improve systems, and contribute to overall business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will still be involved in sales activity while focusing on coaching, accountability, and building a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities - Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
• Driving sales performance and accountability across the office
• Supporting agents with prospecting, appraisals, and negotiations
• Conducting training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
• Building strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Working closely with directors on growth strategies
• Maintaining a high-performance, collaborative team culture
About You - Previous experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Agent
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Driven, motivated, and focused on team success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong professional presentation and local market knowledge
• Ability to inspire accountability and performance in others
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
