 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new property sales leads

• Prospect potential buyers and sellers through calls, emails, and networking

• Schedule appointments for sales agents

• Maintain and update client databases

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients

• Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate preferred

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
