QA Engineer needed for ongoing project CSG construction project in the Surat Basin.

This work is with a well known contractor who focus on building pipelines and gathering infrastructure for the resources sector.

They have recently been awarded new packages of work from there long standing client who they have partnered with for many years.

The work is in the Surat Basin and you will be managing QA across the construction of the gathering infrastructure for one of the main asset owners.

This will be on a BIBO basis with a family friendly roster.

Reporting to the QA Manager your duties will include:

• Facilitating the review of work execution packages to ensure appropriate documentation are included in the work packs for each job.

• Ensuring welding records are completed correctly and where required the development of work instructions, inspection and test plans (ITP), and forms (as required).

• Ensure QC inspections are conducted as per scope of work and ITP and updating the completed source inspection activities in the client application

• Maintain quality records and report on the performance of the Quality System.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Qualifications: In quality control and/or construction management.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control or construction management.

• ISO9001 awareness and implementation experience.

• Strong commitment to health and safety 

• Strong commitment to Management System policy, procedures and systems and ability to lead and implement compliance.
