About the role

Dukes Protective Coatings are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Painter to join our team in Wyong, NSW. This is a full-time permanent role, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work for a well-established and respected company in the painting industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Carrying out high-quality painting work, including internal, external and industrial painting, some minor repairs works

2. Preparing surfaces for painting, such as sanding, filling, and cleaning

3. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with safety regulations

4. Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients to understand their requirements

5. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification in painting and decorating, with a minimum of 3 years' experience

2. Strong practical skills and attention to detail

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

5. Good communication and customer service skills

6. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

7. Ability to work at heights
