ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Exciting opportunity for a proven Finance Business Partner to utilise all of their stakeholder management skills to build productive relationships, add value and drive performance outcomes. 
  
DUTIES

• Timely and accurate financial and operational analysis
• Manage the development and execution of site action plans to enhance financial outcomes
• Collaborate in the preparation and review of annual site and portfolio budgets, as well as quarterly and weekly financial forecasts
• Conduct thorough business case reviews and performance reporting to inform investment decisions
• Conduct P&L and Balance Sheet reviews
• Work closely with state manager to deliver sales and operations insight
• Key business partner across multiple sites
• Evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior exposure to multi-site service industries will be advantageous, specifically manufacturing or construction  
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong communication and an eye for detail 
• Self starter and motivated
