About the Role:

As the Venue Manager, you will oversee the entire venue operation across all facets of the business including food & beverage, gaming, events, functions, and overall venue performance. You will lead from the front, mentor department leaders, manage financial performance, and ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.

This role requires a highly organised and commercially minded leader who understands the demands of a high-volume pub environment and can balance operational excellence with team culture and customer engagement.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Venue Leader within a high-volume pub, or hospitality operation
• Strong understanding of gaming, food & beverage, functions, and overall venue operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop large teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, wages, and P&L performance
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
